hargé de relations clients H/F .
Rattaché(e) à la responsable service client, vous êtes chargé(e) de garantir l'attribution des berceaux sur un portefeuille client donné. A ce titre, vous êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié des parents et garantissez la qualité de la relation.
Responsabilités principales : gestion des pré-inscriptions des entreprises clientes sur un portefeuille donné.
Préparer les campagnes de pré-inscriptions
Produire des outils de communication à destination des entreprises et des parents
Participer aux réunions d'informations parents
Préparer les commissions d'attribution
Assurer le suivi des familles (pose d'option)
Appeler les familles bénéficiaires pour validation des places proposées
Gérer les relances, les désistements et la liste d'attente
Gérer les dossiers d'inscription
Renseigner les familles sur le suivi des dossiers et/ou conseille sur les démarches à entreprendre
Assurer le lien avec les structures de crèches
Assurer la mise à jour des outils de suivi
Faire le reporting des attributions
Mettre à jour le CRM (salesforce)
Préparer des bilans annuels
Interlocuteurs :
Interne : Direction commerciale, Opérations, Développement, Directions de crèches
Externe : Parents, Clients
Profil :
Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience de relation client, à ce titre vous avez une bonne aisance relationnelle et êtes habitué à communiquer avec des clients et/ou prospects.
Vous faites preuve d'autonomie et êtes à l'aise avec l'outil informatique (notamment Excel et Powerpoint)
On vous reconnait une bonne gestion des priorités, une sérénité sans faille en situation d'urgence et une communication fluide, claire et persuasive ? Alors vous êtes la personne que nous cherchons.
