**Votre mission**:
LHH Recruitment Solutions, cabinet de conseil en recrutement, intérim spécialisé, management de transition, et évaluation d'expert.e.s, cadres et dirigeant.e.s, recrute pour l'un de ses clients, acteur majeur dans la gestion des eaux, un Project Management Officer H/F en CDI, sur Marseille.

Vous aurez pour missions:
**Coordination et affectation des ressources**:

- Coordonner l'ensemble des interlocuteurs afin d'assurer la cohérence du projet.
- Élaborer le planning et s'assurer que celui-ci est respecté.
- Être le référent lors des réunions et rédiger des comptes rendus qui sont transmis à tous.
- Gérer le budget et être force de proposition si des arbitrages sont nécessaires dans l'affectation des ressources
- Identifier les risques et évaluer la criticité des ressources disponibles.

**Organisation des activités**:

- Développer une vision globale dans le but d'articuler l'ensemble des projets afin d'atteindre un objectif précis
- Identifier les temps faibles dans le déploiement du programme afin de les optimiser, par le biais de l'adhésion de l'ensemble des parties prenantes.
- Identifier les risques inhérents au déploiement d'un programme (techniques, humains, financiers) et les piloter.

**Déploiement des projets**:

- S'assurer du déploiement du projet sur différents aspects _(qualité des livrables, respect du planning, coordinations en lien avec les autres projets digitaux, suivi du budget )._
- Déterminer les points de frictions dans l'avancement du projet et les résoudre dans le but de faciliter le déploiement du programme.
- Élaborer et déployer des méthodes de résolutions des bugs autour des projets.
- Mettre en place et piloter le dispositif de contrôle du respect des procédures et des méthodes.

**Rôle de référent de l'information et travail en transverse**:

- Centraliser l'ensemble des informations dans le but de la fluidifier pour ensuite faciliter les échanges entre l'ensemble des parties prenantes.
- Adapter son discours à des interlocuteurs très variés et expliquer à chacun l'état d'avancement du projet en adaptant le pitch à son point de vue.
- Travailler en transverse avec des ressources internes _(DSI, marketing, finance, RH )_ et externes, notamment par le biais du pilotage de prestataires.
- Proposer ou identifier de nouveaux projets dans le but d'accélérer la transformation et le déploiement du programme.

**Votre profil**:
**Diplômes requis**:
Formation de niveau Bac +5 impérativement dans le domaine de l'informatique

**Expérience**
2 ans d'expérience en IT (une expérience en Management de projet est requise notamment pour avoir une bonne compréhension des enjeux inhérents au planning et au budget).
**COMPÉTENCES REQUISES**:

- Maîtrise de différents outils, type CRM (Salesforce, Adobe), ERP (type SAP ou Oracle) ou d'un outil de ticketing (JIRA, Confluence)
- Connaissance des outils de gestion budgétaire, des méthodes financières
- Maîtrise des méthodes de planning, type PERT, GANT
- Maîtrise des méthodes de calcul de coûts _(contrôle de gestion),_ type coûts complets, centres de profit
- Très bonne maîtrise du pack Office, notamment Excel et PowerPoint
- Compréhension des enjeux techniques et fonctionnels sur différents sujets (CRM, déploiement d'un ERP, outil de ticketing )
