As a key member of our team, the Fleet Upgrade Project Control Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of our fleet upgrade projects. This position requires a strong understanding of project management principles, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
- Lead and manage project controls team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor and analyze project performance data, making adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a maritime or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including cost control, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in French a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
