Poste:
Within the QA/QC Team, you will support the QA/QC Manager in her administrative duties.
You will contribute to meeting the quality and safety standards for products distributed by Bandai's European subsidiaries, as well as third-party manufacturers (American, Australian, etc.), before they are put on the market.
Your main responsibilities will include (non-exhaustive list):
- Collect samples from suppliers and obtain declarations of conformity from European laboratories
- Gather all relevant information from technical documentation to comply with European standards
- Propose and validate legal warnings to be affixed to European packaging
- Produce proof of quality assurance for inspection or at customer's request
- Collaborate with internal partners (Bandai Japan, China QA team, European subsidiaries) and external partners (such as the Fédération Française des Industries Jouet Puériculture or Toys Industries of Europe, consultants, etc.) to update the latest quality standards
- Collect samples and keep validated samples up to date and available for QC inspection
- Edit QC inspection procedures
- Manage and issue documents for importing products into Europe (test reports, declarations of conformity, environmental declarations, etc.)
- Monitor and declare the various ecotaxes
- Maintain a regulatory watch
Profil:
- 12 years of experience at an administrative position
- Experience in an industrial environment is appreciated
- Training/degree with a specialization in quality / QHSE is a plus
- Full command of English for written and spoken communication
- Communication skills in French are a big plus
- Proficiency in using Office Pack
- Knowledge of an ERP, ideally Oracle
- Organisational skills
- Ability to manage several tasks at the same time
- Ability to communicate with varied interlocutors
- Interest for quality control
