Responsable Qualité F/H
Rattaché(e) au Responsable de site votre rôle est de maintenir une démarche qualité efficace et conforme à la stratégie de qualité globale et de garantir la conformité de nos produits aux normes de qualité les plus élevées.
A ce titre, vos missions seront :
* Coordonner et animer le système de management de la qualité du site et la certification du système ISO9001 ;
* Réaliser les audits internes qualité et assurer le bon déroulement des audits clients afin de maintenir les certifications qualité (ISO, EN9100) ;
* Assurer le suivi de la politique qualité en sensibilisant l'ensemble des collaborateurs aux enjeux de la qualité ;
* S'assurer que les produits livrés aux clients répondent aux normes de qualité convenues ;
* Assurer le lien avec les parties prenantes externes (organisme de certification, client) sur les questions relatives aux systèmes de gestion de la qualité (QA) ;
* Gérer les processus liés à l'analyse finale des lots de tous les produits pertinents de manière efficace et efficiente conformément aux plans d'inspection (CQ) définis ;
* Suivre la performance des fournisseurs et soutenir le département des achats dans la réalisation des audits fournisseurs ;
* Résoudre les problèmes liés à la qualité en identifiant et en éliminant la cause racine en utilisant les outils appropriés (8D, 5Pourquoi) ;
* Organiser des réunions avec les départements : ventes/techniques, production/contrôle qualité afin d'évaluer la satisfaction et les réclamations clients et mettre en place des actions correctives si nécessaire ;
* Encadrer une équipe de 2 personnes et contribuer à leur développement.
