Position Overview: As the Director of QA, you will be instrumental in driving improvements in quality processes, validation protocols, sterilisation procedures, and overall manufacturing practices. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team of 50 quality professionals and contribute to cutting-edge cancer vaccine production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of site quality, including production, validation, and sterilisation processes.
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 50 quality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Strategic Input: Contribute to the development and implementation of site strategy, focusing on quality enhancement, budget management, and investment planning.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, with a strong background in sterile manufacturing.
- Qualified Person (QP): Proven experience as a Qualified Person (QP) with in-depth knowledge of quality processes, validation, and sterilisation.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Language Skills: Fluency in French is essential for effective communication and operational efficiency in this role.
