La mission principale de notre BU Health & Care qui couvre 2 des 8 grands Marchés, est de répondre aux besoins des Marchés de la Pharma/Biotech et Cosmétiques/Hygiène en:
Concevant/construisant des solutions industrielles et digitales intégrées (4.0)
Proposant des services intégrant les enjeux de Qualité, Sécurité et de maîtrise des coûts, exprimés par nos clients.
Nous recrutons pour notre site de **Villeurbanne**, un/une:
**CONTRACT MANAGER H/F**
Rattaché(e) au Responsable des Contrats la Business Unit, vous garantissez le respect des contrats et leurs évolutions au cours du projet en appui des chefs de projets. Orienté(e) principalement client, vous serez en lien fort avec les contrats fournisseurs pour assurer à la fois du back to back mais également de la bonne marche opérationnelle des projets.
Vos missions seront les suivantes:
**Analyse contractuelle**:
- Effectuer des analyses contractuelles depuis la phase offre (inventaire des obligations de l'ensemble des intervenants (BOCCARD/Fournisseurs/Client),
- Alerter sur les points critiques et proposer des mesures en fonction des risques identifiés,
- Analyser les événements au cours des projets et de leurs incidences opérationnelles, en assurant traçabilité opérationnelle, juridique et financière
**Maitrise des risques**:
- Mettre en place l'analyse de risques projets et en assurer le suivi,
- Assister les Chefs de Projets dans le déroulement des démarches administratives et le traitement des notifications, clarifications et éventuels litiges,
- Assurer de la bonne transcription des exigences client dans les contrats fournisseurs,
- Assurer la gestion de la correspondance Client (entrante et sortante) et se coordonner avec la Direction des Achats pour la correspondance fournisseur,
**REX et bonnes pratiques**:
- Participer activement à la constitution du REX (Retour d'Expérience),
- Participer à la mise à jour des méthodes de travail/outils communs/méthode de communication au sein de l'équipe projet,
**Contrôle des Coûts et Productivité**:
- Elaborer les budgets de début d'affaire avec les chefs de projets et les assister dans le suivi et la mise à jour (gestion de l'avancement/trésorerie d'affaire/dépenses restantes/travaux supplémentaires/remesure du contrat),
- Analyser les écarts et préconiser les mesures pour maîtriser les risques économiques/ techniques/délais/règlementaires,
- Participer au traitement des variations de scope / modifications
Issu(e) d'une **formation Bac+5 en gestion de projet ou Ingénierie**, vous justifiez d'une ou plusieurs expériences significatives en** gestion de contrat et en contrôle des risques** de projets clés en main, des contrats de type FIDIC, dans le domaine industriel (idéalement énergie, chimie).
Doté(e) d'une bonne culture technique, vous avez l'expérience de plusieurs approches contractuelles et de prix, et idéalement la connaissance des ratios, bordereaux et coûts de nos métiers. Fin négociateur (-trice) vous protégez l'intérêt de BOCCARD tout en permettant la pleine réussite pragmatique des contrats.
La maitrise de l'anglais est nécessaire.
Votre rigueur et sens de la communication seront autant d'atouts pour réussir à ce poste.
