Looking for an exciting opportunity to lead projects from start to finish? Edda is searching for a highly talented Product Owner to join our team As our Product Owner, you'll be responsible for coordinating communication between teams, monitoring timelines and milestones, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.

Here's what you'll be responsible for:
- Coordinate communication between design, QA, and development teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones, and identify and resolve issues while proactively managing risks.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, uptodate, and easily accessible.
- Provide guidance and resources to team members to support their work.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders, continuously assess and improve project management processes, and ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- Establish clear communication lines and relationships with teams and stakeholders.
- Gain an understanding of our products and creation process, oversee assigned projects, and conduct grooming sessions with the team to ensure project alignment.
- Review current project portfolios to prioritize efforts to improve efficiency and identify key stakeholders and decisionmakers for each project.
- Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and contribute to a positive and productive work environment, resulting in successful project outcomes and overall company growth.
You may be a fit for this role if you have:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner/Manager or in a similar role
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and leading teams in an Agile environment (preferred)
- Knowledge of project management tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Capability to prioritize workloads effectively to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in identifying project risks and devising efficient risk management plans
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure project documentation is complete and uptodate.
