**Poste et missions**:
Vous rejoignez notre équipe au sein du département Sales Support, qui recherche un **Sales Support**,** pour une alternance **de 1 an** à partir de **septembre 2023.**
Au sein du service Sales Support, vous intégrez une équipe de 2 personnes qui est en charge du suivi des opérations initiées par les équipes Sales.
En collaboration avec votre tuteur vos missions principales seront:
- Suivre les opérations dans les systèmes internes du Front Office et externe avec nos clients ;
- Identifier les anomalies
- Etre en relation avec les clients, le Front Office, le Back Office pour s'assurer de la correcte exécution des opérations
- Suivre les problématiques réglementaires
- Participer aux projets d'amélioration

**Profil et compétences requises**:
Étudiant de niveau Bac +5, vous préparez un diplôme (universitaire, d'école de commerce ou d'école d'ingénieur), avec une spécialisation en Finance.
Vous disposez d'une expérience dans une banque d'investissement.
Vous avez un excellent relationnel et une très bonne capacité d'écoute
Vous êtes organisé, rigoureux et avez le sens des priorités
