The Data Services Team is part of the Engineering Team and consists of 6 Lifeners, Data Engineers and Data Analysts.


Your future missions as Analytics Engineer

  • Make
    data available and understandable for our Data Analysts and internal or external users, via data models or dashboards ;
  • Participate in
    building and maintaining the Datawarehouse, the core source of truth of the company, by creating a unified data model with Lifen's functional objects ;
  • Deliver
    end to end data projects, by working on data ingestion, data transformation, data visualization and data documentation ;
  • Improve
    data quality in our Datawarehouse, with a holistic view of data quality issues and a problemsolver attitude ;
  • Contribute to the
    team's improvements, both technical or methodological ;
  • You will work in close collaboration with the Data Engineers and Data Analysts of the team, and communicate with internal stakeholders.

The type of profile we're looking for

2 years experience in a similar role (BI engineer, Data full stack ) with a technical or scientific educational background.

\uD83D\uDCAAYou are proficient in

SQL and distributed column-store databases (familiarity with Redshift and dbt is a plus)

\uD83D\uDCCAYou have experience with a

Data Visualization tool (familiarity with Looker is a plus)
- Experience in
data modeling for a Datawarehouse (dimensional modeling)

\uD83D\uDC65 You are aware of the business impacts of your work and are

able to communicate with less technical interlocutors, adapting the discourse to their comprehension

\uD83D\uDC0D Basic knowledge of

Python:
you are able to modify a data pipeline

  • Participation in the construction and maintenance of a
    production environment: you know how to develop using DevOps best practices (git, CI/CD, tests ) and have faced challenges of maintaining a code in production
