Pour un de nos clients, fabricant de dispositifs médicaux, votre mission sera la prise en charge des activités IT connectivité:
Votre objectif : Développer le potentiel des software et AI Solution de notre client dans leurs connectivités avec ses partners et clients.
- Gestion de la relation clients / différents partners
- Amélioration des flux d'informations et connectivité clients
- Participer à l'amélioration des connections existantes avec pour objectif utiliser leurs plein potentiel
- Participer et développer de nouveaux projets en lien avec les équipes en place et les clients
- Proposer des solutions pour les situations d'urgence avec les filiales sur site et le s équipes terrain (connectivité LIS, interfaces externes, VLINK, réseau,...)
- Gestion de la relation avec les Réaliser un état des lieux des systèmes et de leur compliance avec les référentiels réglementaires (SI laboratoire, production, services généraux)
- Participer et suivrs les plan d'actions pour les cas critiques et situations d'urgence
- Travail en lien étroit avec les partners (LIS, HIS, dossiers patients,...) pour améliorer la communication et la transmission de data
- Animer un groupe de connectivity experts répartis dans différentes région du globes
- Assurer le reporting au corporate
- Suivre les dead lines / planning
Profil:
- De formation BAC +5, Ingénieur ou Pharmacien avec une expérience en validation de SI et/ou SA
- Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 5 ans
- Une expérience terrain est indispensable
- Solide connaissance de l'interopérabilité des systèmes - gestion des fournisseurs et support avant-vente
- Expertise healthcare data management
- Bonnes connaissances sur les normes GAMP 5 et la 21 CFR Part 11
- La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable
