Job DescriptionWe are seeking an IT Operations Specialist to join our team in Lyon or Paris. As an IT Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, and supporting our employees with their IT needs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage our IT infrastructure, including hardware maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Implement a tracking procedure for IT equipment and assets.
- Provide user assistance, remote access support, and manage the helpdesk ticketing tool.
- Participate in IT projects, such as SD-WAN deployment, firewall upgrades, or network infrastructure renewal.
- Manage software licenses, maintain up-to-date IT documentation, and develop guides and manuals for users.
- Maintain the knowledge base related to IT support.
- Basic knowledge of IT issues related to hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Experience with Windows and macOS environments, and basic Linux knowledge is beneficial.
- Fluent in English.
- Offices in the heart of Lyon and Paris, 10-15 minutes from the train stations.
