**La mission**

Afin d'accompagner notre croissance, nous recherchons un(e) Technical Leader qui interviendra sur des projets PLM dans le domaine de l'industrie, pour un grand compte dans le secteur aéronautique.

Sous la responsabilité d'un chef de projet, au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire (architectes, développeurs, fonctionnels,...), vous participez au pilotage technique quotidien de l'équipe en place en apportant votre expertise.

**Votre Rôle**
- La qualification et l'analyse des besoins du client
- La rédaction des spécifications techniques
- La coordination de la recette et des tests unitaires
- Le respect des délais et des engagements qualité du projet
- L'encadrement/ mentoring de l'équipe de développeurs (bonnes pratiques, revue de code)
- La relation avec les clients (Présentation maquettes, Ateliers fonctionnels, comité de pilotage )
- La mise en place et pilotage du plan d'upgrade et/ou migration de bases de données
- La veille technologique pour partager avec l'équipe et faire évoluer les solutions

**Vous travaillez dans l'environnement technique suivant**:

- JAVA / Javascript / SQL
- Oracle / PostgreSQL / SQL server
- Tomcat / Docker / Jenkins / Git / Windows
- PLM Windchill et systèmes connectés Thingworx
- Kafka / Debezium / Elasticsearch

**Votre profil**

De formation Ingénieur ou équivalent, vous justifiez **d'une expérience solide **dans l'encadrement d'une équipe technique dans un contexte d'agilité / SAFe, idéalement acquise dans le domaine du PLM ou autre déploiement de solutions informatiques.

**Vous avez des bonnes connaissances dans**:

- Langages : JAVA/EE, JavaScript, SQL, Angular, React
- Bases de données : Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server
- Environnements : Tomcat, VMWare, Docker, Jenkins, Windows
- Méthodologies : AGILE / SCRUM, DevOps
- Systèmes connectés, idéalement Thingworx

**Votre relationnel, vos capacités de communication et votre esprit d'équipe **vous permettent d'établir des relations solides avec nos clients mais également de collaborer efficacement avec l'équipe interne.

Vous êtes curieux(se) des nouvelles technologies, de l'appétence pour des systèmes d'information hétérogènes et complexes industriels.

Vous êtes doté(e) d'un bon esprit d'analyse et de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles.

Vous serez amené(e) à vous déplacer ponctuellement chez nos clients pour des missions en France.

Un **anglais opérationnel sera indispensable **pour évoluer sur les missions qui vous seront proposées.

L'allemand serait un plus.
