Diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire (Bac +5), vous justifiez d'une expérience significative sur l'encadrement de projets applicatifs.
Vous avez un bon background technique idéalement en développement Java ou .Net
Vous disposez d'un très bon relationnel, un goût prononcé pour la relation client et êtes orienté service.
De nature rigoureuse, synthétique, méthodique et organisée, vous êtes capable de traiter des aspects techniques, de mener des négociations et faites preuve d'aptitude à convaincre.
Vous avez une appétence pour la communication et vous êtes un collaborateur reconnu pour son leadership.

Vos principales missions sont :
- Piloter une équipe projet : Build, MCO,...
- Contribuer à la réussite de la transformation en engagement des activités du Centre de services et suivi des KPI associées
- Piloter les activités des équipes. Vos compétences techniques vous permettront de mieux appréhender les problématiques clients et le delivery (Dev full stack, intégration)
- Piloter opérationnellement les équipes (respect des charges et des délais, KPI, process)
- Garantir les aspects contractuels avec le client en relation avec le Directeur de projet (relation, comités de pilotages, avenants)
- Gérer les risques et les opportunités en relation avec le Directeur de projet
- Etre proactif et force de proposition
