LE PROJET / LE CONTEXTE
Afin daccompagner au mieux les passionnés de sports de montagne du monde entier, Simond souhaite améliorer lexpérience utilisateur avant, pendant et après lachat de matériel de trekking, descalade, de ski de randonnée ou dalpinisme.
Situé e au pied du Mont Blanc, notre équipe de communication recherche pour compléter notre équipe, afin délaborer, créer et diffuser les contenus digitaux socles qui garantiront la meilleure expérience à nos clients.
TES RESPONSABILITÉS
Tu rejoindras léquipe communication de Simond pour 1 ou 2 ans, en tant que content manager. Tu seras ainsi responsable de :
1/ Gestion de projet
Identifier les objectifs, priorités, ressources et besoins nécessaires à la conduite des différents projets (fiches produits et liste des contenus à produire)
Planifier lensemble des étapes (de la production des contenus à leur mise en ligne, en passant par la prise de contact avec les prestataires et lanimation des différentes parties prenantes)
Réaliser et/ou animer la création des contenus
Mesurer la performance et réaliser le bilan des actions menées
2/ Production de contenus pré-achat
Conseils daide au choix : identifier les meilleures requêtes SEO à cibler et rédiger des conseils qui aideront nos clients à choisir le produit qui correspond le mieux à leurs besoins.
Analyse sémantique (SEO) Rédaction SEO Mise en page et publication Déploiement à linternational
Fiche produit : garantir la qualité des écrits sur nos fiches produit. Assurer leur visibilité (SEO), garantir les échanges avec les équipes techniques et rédiger des contenus adaptés à nos utilisateurs cibles.
Analyse sémantique (SEO) Rédaction SEO et technique Gestion de PIM et CMS Guidelines narrative Cadre juridique
3/ Production de contenus post-achat
Conseils dutilisation, dentretien et de réparation : identifier les besoins de nos clients après-achat dun produit et rédiger des contenus qui lui permettront dallonger la durée de vie de leur matériel depuis le site pourras aussi être amené.e à gérer dautres types de contenus au cours de ton alternance (ex. conseil pour bien pratiquer, articles de blog, etc.).
Pour taider à mener à bien cette mission, tu seras accompagné.e de deux digital leaders et de différents experts.
Profil requis
> Tu as dexcellentes compétences rédactionnelles et tu as déjà fait tes preuves en gestion de projet.
> Tu as une solide capacité à gérer des projets en autonomie, tu es et aimes prendre des initiatives.
> Tu suis une formation en communication (Bac minimum), avec une forte affinité pour le digital.
> Tu es pour ta capacité dorganisation, tu as un esprit analytique et tu te sens à laise pour interagir avec différents interlocuteurs de la conception.
> Tu es plutôt et utiliser de nouveaux logiciels ne te fait pas peur.
> Tu es passionné.e dun ou de plusieurs sports de montagne et tu es sensible aux enjeux du développement durable.
> Tu es à venir en Haute-Savoie pour cette alternance.
> Tu recherches une alternance en contrat dapprentissage
