Our mission is to help teams of analysts or investigators in 100+ Global 2000 companies, governmental agencies and NGOs around the world swiftly and accurately find insights in complex connected data.
We help these organizations make critical decisions and discoveries, faster.As the Engineering Manager in the Linkurious Enterprise team, you are responsible for managing Software Engineers working on our main product, as well as contributing code to the product yourself.
You will work under the direction of the CTO and will collaborate with Product Managers, Designers & QA engineers to define the planning of the team, and organize the delivery process using Agile methods.
You will aim at improving the pace of delivery, while defining goals for the frontend & backend Chapter Leads to keep quality high and technical debt under control.
Manage the developers of the team (6 people): define their goals, hold regular 1:1 meetings, evaluate individual performances, share regular feedback, give access to training & resources, hire new team members;Contribute to the product by defining, specifying, implementing, testing, reviewing and shipping new features and improvements;
Experience managing a team with Agile methods

~ Fluent in English (written & spoken)
~ You have experience and comfort working within cross-functional teams that include software engineers, product managers, product designers, and QA engineers.
You know how to adapt your communication styles to adjust to diverse audiences, prioritize information effectively, and resolve misunderstandings.
We work on-site 3 days per week and remote-first 2 days per week (Monday & Friday).We work as a cross-functional team, using Agile methodologies.
The team has 13 people (6 developers, 2 product managers, 2 product designers, 2 QA engineers, and one Engineering manager).
Linkurious Enterprise, our main product, is written in TypeScript (Angular + ) and deployed on-premises.Linkurious Enterprise is backed by graph databases such as Neo4j, Azure CosmosDB, Amazon Neptune or Memgraph, combined with Elasticsearch for full-text search capabilities.
