The role of the Product Marketing Manager for telesales and digital sales is a pivotal position that will play a key role in Quadient MRS's future growth in the region.

As a member of the global MRS product marketing community, the selected candidate will work closely with global and regional product marketing managers, telesales and sales teams, operations teams, and other support functions (IT, finance, technical support, etc.) to execute Quadient's MRS go-to-market strategy for MRS solutions: postage meters, scales, consumables, and associated new digital solutions.

They will collaborate with local operations to build, monitor, and drive the market launch of our offerings (positioning, promotion, etc.), create and adapt local value propositions to enhance telesales team knowledge and effectiveness (sales tools, training, market insights, competition, etc.), optimize e-shop sites, with the aim of achieving the organization's set objectives.

Main mission for MRS solutions:

Support/develop the remote sales go-to-market approach to acquire new customers, enhance loyalty and retention through phone, e-commerce sites, and the web.

Manage the launch of new digital MRS in addition to traditional MRS solutions through these sales channels.

Essential tasks/responsibilities:

  • Gather information on the regional market, competition, and customers to ensure market and competition intelligence
  • Maintain regular contact with internal and external remote sales teams in France and the Benelux region (Rueil, Chartres, Zaventem)
  • Establish competitive benchmarks on postage meter offers (acquisition and retention)
  • Represent the region as the commercial point of contact for remote sales in France and Benelux Product Marketing
  • Actively contribute to the annual strategic plan (Budget, 3YP) for remote sales
  • Participate in the execution of marketing plans and Demand Gen campaigns for remote sales by providing marketing content and sales arguments
  • Analyze monthly performance of remote sales teams and identify required action plans
  • Analyze marketing pipeline performance and challenge internal teams to meet objectives
  • Participate in the launch of a new digital solution in addition to the postage meter in the French market
  • Attend regional center of excellence meetings to represent their portfolio of remote sales and e-shop solutions
  • Support remote sales forces (telesales representatives) to enhance product and market knowledge
  • Define local promotions and sales incentives to ensure monthly sales targets are met
  • Adapt and deliver all sales support materials, trainings, tools (use cases, videos, demo tools, sales presentations, sales arguments, etc.) in coordination with Corporate Sales Enablement stakeholders and regional Sales Enablement teams

Required Skills and Experience

  • Master's degree in business/marketing
  • Previous experience in telesales and digital sales is preferred
  • Knowledge in B2B field is valued
  • Dynamic, operational
  • Analytical skills (proficiency in Excel required)
  • Digital affinity and knowledge necessary: e-shops, web portals
  • Ability to convince and deploy arguments with telesales teams and develop digital sales
  • Must be a motivated team player focused on results
  • Ability to be an innovative entrepreneur and a positive change agent within the organization
