Dans le cadre de notre développement nous recherchons un :

Clinical Sales Representative – CRM (22, 29, 35, 53)

Vous serez responsable de :

1) Exécution commerciale et technique :

Développer les parts de marché du secteur par la construction de projets et le déploiement d'actions de fond tout au long de l'année auprès des clients Revue et ajustement du plan lors de « business review » trimestrielles avec le Directeur Régional Travailler en équipe avec les supports Techniques terrain et les commerciaux de la division électrophysiologie Gestion des Key Opinion Leader (KOL) de son secteur en collaboration avec son Directeur Régional Au travers de staffs, délivrer les campagnes Marketing auprès des interlocuteurs clés de chaque centre Avoir/développer une connaissance technique et clinique de la Rythmologie interventionnelle Etre en capacité d'assurer une présence au bloc opératoire pour supporter les procédures

2) Engagements au sein de BSC :

Contribuer au développement de l'image de marque de Boston Scientific CRM par un professionnalisme sans faille Gérer le budget « sponsoring local » dans les limites définies avec le Directeur Régional. Assurer la participation des clients du secteur aux « Workshops » et formations de la division Gérer les inventaires produits en effectuant 2 comptages par an et assurer la rotation des produits en dépôt

3) Communiquer :

Après une formation interne, le candidat devra pouvoir rapidement devenir autonome, tout en maintenant un contact régulier avec son management Communiquer auprès des clients en utilisant les messages, outils et présentations préparées par le marketing

Qualifications:

Force de persuasion et compétences avérées de négociation, associées à des connaissances techniques et cliniques : une obligation Bonnes connaissances du milieu de la Santé en particulier de la Cardiologie/Rythmologie : un atout Expérience réussie de la vente de matériel/prothèses en milieu hospitalier : un atout Connaissance et pratique du bloc opératoire : un atout Bonne connaissance des KOL et des décideurs du secteur : un atout Savoir négocier au plus juste les intérêts de la société, les niveaux de prix et l'augmentation du Chiffre d'affaire dans un environnement concurrentiel et changeant Maîtrise de la bureautique Maîtrise de la langue anglaise Déplacements sur le secteur 4.5 jours par semaine
