Le poste:
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un.e rockstar pour rejoindre notre team Talent Experience en tant que stagiaire de projet RH pour une durée de 6 mois.

A ce poste, tu joues un rôle essentiel dans la conception, la mise en œuvre et la coordination de nos initiatives learning & developpement, de recrutement et de communication RH. Tu es basé.e à Paris.

Ce que tu feras:

- Construire et développer le catalogue de formation après avoir identifier les principaux besoins des équipes et mise en place des partenariats efficaces
- Organiser et coordonner différentes activités de formation, notamment la planification des sessions de formation, des formateurs ou animateurs et la gestion de la logistique pour garantir une exécution fluide
- Mettre en place et faire vivre le plan de communication RH à destination de l'ensemble des salariés
- Participer à la coordination et à l'amélioration continue de process de recrutement
- Participer à tous nouveaux projets au sein de la team HR et Talent Experience.

Ce que nous recherchons:

- Tu étudies dans / es issu.e d'une top école de commerce et/ou d'un cursus universitaire
- Tu recherches idéalement un stage de césure ou de fin d'études
- Tu parles couramment français et maïtrises l'anglais à l'oral comme à l'écrit
- Tu as le sens du service et tes qualités d'organisation et de communication te permettent de gérer plusieurs projets de front
- Tes organisé.e, et portes une grande attention aux détails
- Tues , et aimerais faire partie d'un business particulièrement dynamique
