The Product Operations team:

Criteo innovates continuously to adapt and remains leader in a fast-paced AdTech industry, giving opportunities and challenges to accomplish for the Product team.

With 120+ people in Product and 500+ in R&D, the Product Operations team's goal is to ensure a constant alignment and enable everyone to plan and execute at their best.


The Product Operations team has 3 main responsibilities:

1. Providing Strategic Support

  • Providing a cross functional support to the CPO and Product Leaders enabling Strategy definition, aligning teams and programs with product strategy, and ensuring topmanagement reporting
  • Defining and guiding the implementation of our Product Operating Model (Organizational structure, Governance, Roles and Responsibility, Staffing, etc.)

2. Managing our Roadmap Planning and Execution framework

  • Own and coordinate our endtoend Roadmap planning and execution processes across Product and R&D
  • Own and drive Roadmap governance and prioritization process
  • Provide and promote product management best practices

3. Ensuring a dedicated PMO for Product

  • Ensure a dedicated PMO within a Product team
  • Kick off and accelerate strategic initiatives defining goals, structure and process, governance, team, planning, dependencies, and risks

What you'll do

  • Support the Senior Project and Program Managers to plan, execute, monitor, and close project
  • Extend Product Management bestpractices to support the planning and delivery of new features
  • Support the onboarding of Product newcomers
  • Map existing processes, challenges, and plan solutions, especially in roadmap planning
  • Support crossteam and transversal initiatives to increase collaboration
  • Your project management skillset will allow you to operate continuously in project mode (scoping, planning, implementing, and monitoring your initiatives) while dealing with longterm missions
  • Your agility and versatility allow you to deliver value through different types of missions including tooling, business audits, Product standard frameworks, and knowledge management

Who you are

  • You are a college or university student pursuing a degree in business/management/engineering or equivalent studies
  • The school can provide Internship agreement for the
    whole duration maximum of 6months*
  • Relationship oriented, great at collaborating with different types of stakeholders
  • A great thinker/problemsolver/facilitator with good organization and communication skills
  • A good writer able to explain complex topics in a simple way
  • Open mindset and willingness to learn
  • Proactive with motivation to propose and drive ideas & projects independent of your assigned tasks
  • Experience working in Product Development is a plus but not mandatory
  • Fluent in English. French is a plus but not mandatory
