Osborne Clarke is an international network with more than 1600 lawyers spread across 26 integrated offices in Europe, Asia, and the United States.
The Paris office was established in July 2013 and currently has over 80 lawyers including 16 partners.
The firm covers a wide range of business law specialties: corporate law, employment law, tax law, digital law, intellectual property, competition and distribution law, public law, litigation, real estate law, restructuring, life sciences & health care, environmental law.

Led by four partners, Catherine Olive, Stéphanie Delage, David Haccoun and Anne-Laure Laroussinie, co-managed by three counsels, and comprising about ten associates, our team has the following areas of expertise :
- M&A operations (domestic, cross-border, and multi-jurisdictional transactions);
- strategic partnerships and joint ventures ;
- shareholder agreements ;
- governance issues ;
- intra-group reorganizations ;
- implementation of management packages.
Our team serves a very diverse clientele, consisting of large listed and unlisted companies, SMEs, and even micro-enterprises like startups and investors, both French and foreign.
MissionsTo strengthen our team, we are looking for an associate with 2 to 4 years of experience.
This associate will be involved in handling cases concerning the support and advice of a diversified clientele (listed and unlisted companies, SMEs, and even micro-enterprises like startups and investors), both French and international, on domestic, cross-border, and multi-jurisdictional M&A operations (confidentiality agreements, letters of intent and firm offers, due diligence, SPA, signing/closing, etc.), setting up joint ventures, and negotiating shareholder agreements. The associate may also work on fundraising, high-end operations (mergers, partial asset contributions, capital operations), and the monitoring of routine operations (annual accounts approval, company formation, and establishment of foreign groups).
ProfileWe are looking for an associate possessing the following skills and qualities:
- between 2 and 4 years of experience preferably within Anglo-Saxon and/or large business law firms ;
- ability to work with and adapt to a variety of interlocutors ;
- experience in industrial M&A operations ;
- ability to grasp a comprehensive view of cases and ensure their management/supervision ;
- team spirit and willingness to get involved in team life ;
- commitment to client service ;
- excellent level of English
