**Les missions**
Au sein de la DSI, et en étroite collaboration avec le Chef de projet PLM, vous participerez activement à l'implémentation et au support du LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) au sein de l'entreprise. Vous serez impliqué dans l'ensemble du projet LIMS, mais votre domaine principal sera de déployer pas à pas de nouvelles fonctionnalités et interfaces avec d'autres logiciels (PLM, MES, Data platform,...).
Missions principales:
- En collaboration avec les key users, évaluer les besoins et les objectifs de l'entreprise.
- En collaboration avec l'éditeur et l'intégrateur, contribuer au choix de la solution pour répondre à ces besoins.
- Si nécessaire, vous concevrez, construirez et mettrez en œuvre des outils spécifiques tels que de petites personnalisations ou des outils de tableau de bord.
- Évaluer les impacts, et préparer le plan de transition pour mettre en œuvre ces nouvelles fonctionnalités.
- Avec l'équipe informatique, préparer, soutenir et gérer les mises à niveau du LIMS,
- Former et soutenir les utilisateurs
Vos autres missions seront de:
- Participer à l'administration du système (compte utilisateur, rôles et droits d'accès, paramétrages de contrôle...) en collaboration avec notre service d'assistance interne.
- Signaler les problèmes rencontrés et suivre leur résolution en collaboration avec l'éditeur et l'intégrateur.
- Enfin, vous devrez tenir à jour le business process book, le document qui résume toutes les bonnes pratiques à réutiliser comme core-model pour les prochaines implémentations.
**Profil**:
**Ce que vous apportez**
De formation supérieure (Master or Ingénieur) en Systèmes d'Information Industriel, vous avez 5 ans minimum d'expérience dans la mise en œuvre et le support d'un LIMS. Maîtrise du français (courant) et de l'anglais obligatoire.
Compétences:
- Capacité à proposer des améliorations dans le domaine de l'ingénierie numérique et industrielle.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et/ou avec des membres de l'équipe venant d'horizons différents
- Capacité à communiquer, pédagogie et esprit de collaboration pour embarquer les collègues
- Excellent souci du détail
- Facilité de rédaction
