We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Requirements Specialist to join our team at Automotive Cells Company (ACC). As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading the convergence of technical requirements with our cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain system requirement lists for projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, norms, and regulations.
- Pilot the deployment of system requirement lists to stakeholders, including product teams, validation and simulation teams, and quality teams.
- Converge with customers on requirements status and technical justifications, identifying criticality and risk aligned with project milestones.
- Coordinate and lead the deployment of system requirements in PLM (Teamcenter).
- Lead the convergence of system performance with cross-functional teams to meet desired targets and align with overall EV system requirements.
- Present KPI dashboards to project teams and managers on a weekly basis.
- Develop and maintain performance convergence activity schedules and one-pagers.
- Participate in updating standards, templates, and processes with the team.
- Responsible for lessons learned and progress plan actions on activities.
- 5 years of experience in system engineering and project management.
- Masters degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Proactive and rigorous approach to work.
- Knowledge of battery Li-ion and automotive culture (OEM or tier 1).
