Luxe Talent recherche actuellement un Assistant Store Manager H/F, sur Paris, pour rejoindre une célèbre enseigne spécialisée dans le secteur du prêt-à-porter pour enfant.

Description du poste :

Véritable bras droit du Store Manager, vous participerez activement au développement commercial de la boutique dans le respect des stratégies commerciales et vous contribuerez à la rentabilité du magasin au travers des missions suivantes :

  • L'accompagnement des clients locaux et internationaux pendant leur expérience d'achat afin de maximiser leur fidélité,
  • Le contrôle et le respect des normes en matière de présentation visuelle, merchandising et story telling,
  • L'analyse des KPI's pour atteindre les résultats attendus en collaboration avec la directrice,
  • La réalisation d'un reporting et et l'adaptation du plan d'action de ce dernier,
  • La gestion des stocks (commande et réception),
  • La gestion des outils CRM.

Description du profil :

Pour ce poste, nous recherchons des profils ayant déjà une expérience managériale confirmée (minimum 3 ans) en tant que Store Manager ou Assistant Store Manager, idéalement dans l'univers du prêt-à-porter haut-de-gamme.

Diplômé(e) en commerce/management, vous possédez les qualités suivantes :

  • Sens de l'initiative et approche orientée client
  • Attitude confiante, résistance au stress et excellentes qualités d'organisation
  • Esprit d'équipe et capacité à la gestion des conflits
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des systèmes de planification d'entreprise
  • Anglais courant, la maitrise d'une autre langue est un véritable plus

Passionné(e) par le secteur du retail et du prêt-à-porter vous êtes à l'affut des dernières tendances de mode actuelles.
