Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our flagship store in Paris. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Store Director in the daily and strategic management of the store, ensuring that all sales and operational targets are met.
- Close sales and contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets, while maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Ensure the store is well-maintained and provides an excellent welcome to all customers, reflecting the values and philosophy of Unsaid Paris.
- Represent the Unsaid brand to clients, providing expert advice and guidance on our luxury jewelry products.
- Build customer loyalty and ensure personalized follow-up, fostering strong relationships with our clients.
- Conduct and track sales, analyzing data to inform sales strategies and optimize store performance.
- Implement merchandising to showcase products, ensuring that the store is always visually appealing and engaging.
- Manage inventory and ensure its optimization, minimizing waste and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the luxury jewelry industry, with significant experience as a senior salesperson or assistant manager.
- Proficiency in English is essential; a third language would be appreciated.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service and interaction with a demanding clientele.
- Mastery of luxury product sales techniques, dynamism, initiative, autonomy, and excellent presentation.
