CRM management (Salesforce):

  • Own, maintain, and improve our CRM platform Salesforce ;
  • Support our Salesforce users in their daytoday administration and their projects to improve Salesforce
  • Collaborate with sales team to build processes solving key challenges for our business partners
  • Building new fields, process automations and workflows in Salesforce
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy in our CRM through dedicated data consistency check routine
  • Identification and analysis of issues related to the use of the CRM
  • Monitoring the progress of the project, compliance with the schedule and budget through the CRM
  • Build out the documentation to roll out training to ensure all systems are being used properly and to their full potential and train the team members
  • Partner closely with team members to identify best practices, system needs, workflow enhancements, and data improvements to improve tool optimization and team efficiency

Sales support :

Support and substitution in the event of occasional absence or additional work, in all of the sales assistant's missions:

  • Drafting and monitoring sales offers in collaboration with sales team and Sales Director
  • Management of tenders
  • Monitoring of commercial projects : Ensure the successful achievement of project meetings and their transcription
  • Presales request tracking
  • Monitoring the level of achievement of sales management objectives
  • Participation and organization of any commercial event (trade shows, sales meetings, seminars,...) in collaboration with the marketing assistant
  • Support sales teams in purchasing and organizing their trips
  • Specific requirements : _
  • 58 years' experience working with Salesforce in an international environment
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Academic qualification : Graduate degree
