Nous recherchons actuellement différents Contract Managers pour accompagner des projets éoliens (onshore & offshore) ainsi que des projets de raccordements électriques. Votre mission vise à soutenir les Managers de Projets et les Acheteurs dans la gestion des écarts contractuels et des réclamations, ainsi que dans leur montée en compétence en Contract Management.

Missions / Activités clés:

1) Traitement des écarts et des litiges :

  • Évaluation des actions déjà entreprises avec les parties prenantes.
  • Synthèse des défaillances constatées, avec une analyse des conséquences pour l'entreprise.
  • Proposition d'une stratégie juridique et commerciale face aux entreprises défaillantes.
  • Préparation d'outils et analyses nécessaires à la prise de décision pour l'obtention d'un mandat de négociation interne.
  • Mise en œuvre des actions nécessaires à la défense des intérêts de l'entreprise, y compris la rédaction de courriers, compte-rendu des réunions internes, et mise en œuvre des transactions.
  • Organisation et négociation avec les entreprises pour résoudre les réclamations, pénalités, travaux supplémentaires.

2) Suivi d'exécution des contrats - Révisions des prix :

  • Extraction SAP des commandes en cours.
  • Calcul du coefficient à appliquer pour les révisions des prix.
  • Préparation du mode opératoire à communiquer aux utilisateurs internes.
  • Exécution de l'outil d'injection des prix SAP.
  • Identification des écarts et proposition de corrections.
  • Préparation de la communication vers les fournisseurs.

3) Contribution au Pilotage du Marché-Cadre et au REX des Contrats-Cadres :

  • Transmission d'informations à l'acheteur sur l'exécution des contrats.
  • Fourniture d'un retour d'expérience (REX) sur les outils contractuels en vue de leur intégration dans les futurs contrats.

4) Autres activités :

  • Fourniture de documents types utilisés de manière générique par l'entreprise dans le traitement des écarts.
  • Formulation de recommandations pour les modèles de contrats.

Compétences attendues:

  • Senior Contract Engineer avec au moins 7 ans d'expérience professionnelle, dont 3 ans en Contract Management.
  • Une expérience dans le domaine Offshore serait un plus.
  • Une compréhension approfondie des contraintes contractuelles
  • Une connaissance du droit des contrats français, une expérience avec les contrats-cadres et les commandes d'exécution
  • Des connaissances dans le domaine technique du BTP, des énergies, du transport d'électricité, ou autre domaine similaire.
  • Une appétence pour la prestation de service
  • Maitrise du français et de l'anglais
