On behalf of a major Oil & Gas operator, WRS are looking for aDrilling and Wells Contract Engineer to work in Paris on a contract basis.
This will be a 12 month renewable contract, based residentially in Paris, paying a day rate in EURO.Organize, when services shall be contracted, the call for tenders (including commercial evaluation of offers, and technical and commercial recommendations) in accordance to the Project's rules and procedures.
Develop, and negotiate the contracts and all the associated conditions pertaining to assistance contracts with qualified Technical Assistance Services companiesCoordinate awarded contracts including relationships with Technical Assistance companies for invoicing/accounting matters and prepare renewal of the contracts when necessary, in a timely manner.
At least 10 years experience in managing service provision contracts and tendering processesFluency in French and English
