As Work Stream Leader, you are a key player in the Holistic Regulatory Information Management Program.

Reporting to the Program Director, you lead the Work Stream dedicated to Regulatory Affairs Business Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), collaborating closely with other Work Stream managers, experts, and key business users to ensure the success of the initiative.


Helping to drive efficiency and compliance in Regulatory Business Operations, we are looking for a motivated, strategic, and competent professional to join our dynamic team and participate in the digital transformation of our Worldwide Regulatory Affairs.


Yours responsibilities :

  • Lead the Work Stream, report the stream activities/deliveries to the Program Team and stakeholders,
  • Manage Work Stream resources, schedules, and budgets
  • Analyze the current business processes/SOP to impact by the Holistic RIM implementation and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop detailed project plans for the Work Stream, ensuring synchronization with other program components
  • Manage and deliver the SOP authoring
  • Work closely with other Work Streams, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Production, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration

Your profile :

  • Master degree, PhD
  • Proven experience managing complex projects, preferably in regulatory affairs.
  • Mastery of standard operating procedures and their implementation
  • Employee empowerment, capacity to BE agile, adaptable, and flexible, open mindedness.
  • Excellent project management and strategic planning skills
  • Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and coordinate efforts of multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to make informed decisions in complex environments.
  • Strong sense of organization and time management.
  • Adaptability to change and ability to work under pressure.
