Afin de fournir le meilleur soutien possible à nos étudiants dans leurs transitions carrières, nous cherchons à recruter un(e) Talent & Partnership Advisor pour rejoindre notre équipe de carrière française
En collaboration étroite avec la Careers Advisor France, la Head of Global Careers, et l'équipe opérations France, tu seras chargé.e d'aider les diplômés à entrer sur le marché du travail dans le domaine de la tech, en leur offrant un accompagnement 1:1 professionnel, en proposant des ateliers, en organisant des événements de recrutement et en établissant des liens avec des grandes entreprises et des start-ups à croissance rapide.
Tu joueras un rôle opérationnel clé en préparant nos étudiants nouvellement diplômés à la carrière qu'ils ont choisie, en les aidant à lancer leur nouvelle carrière dans le monde de la tech.
**Responsabilités du rôle**:
Préparer nos jeunes alumni à leurs nouveaux chemins de carrière:
- Planifier et organiser des **Career Weeks** (semaines de carrière):
- Préparer et présenter des workshops carrière, sur place et à distance ;
- Collaborer avec les City Managers Le Wagon France pour assurer une Career Week de qualité sur tous les campus français ;
- Gérer la communication au cours de la semaine et recueillir le feedback ;
- Onboard, former et soutenir les Career Teaching Assistants (TAs) et d'autres membres de l'équipe France ;
- Rechercher, organiser et assurer le suivi des intervenants et des animateurs d'ateliers (recruteurs, partenaires, anciens élèves, etc.)
- Mener des **sessions de 1:1 coaching professionnel** avec des alumni à la recherche d'emploi
Soutenir nos alumni dans leurs aventures post-bootcamp:
- Recueillir et analyser les données trimestrielles sur les résultats des alumni afin de suivre les taux de réussite et d'embauche, et mettre en œuvre des améliorations basées sur le retour d'information
- Engager nos alumni après le bootcamp pour renforcer notre réseau et notre marque
- Soutenir l'équipe dans l'organisation d'événements carrières pour les alumni, et dans la préparation d'une newsletter hebdomadaire
Mettre en relation nos alumni à la recherche d'emploi avec nos partenaires:
- Rechercher et développer notre **réseau de partenaires,** et assurer un engagement des partenaires actuels
- Organiser des événements de carrière et de networking, tels que des salons de l'emploi, des conférences sur les technologies (apprentissage à l'heure du déjeuner), des événements d'embauche, etc.

- Tu es basé.e à **Paris**, et actuellement inscrit.e dans une formation de niveau Master
- Tu es **sociable et ouvert.e**, et tu es motivé.e pour apprendre au quotidien
- Tu es confiant.e dans **l'animation d'ateliers** et tu es un.e excellent.e
- Tu sais résoudre les problèmes, et tu es **organisé.e, et fiable**:
- Tu es passionné.e par **l'éducation et la technologie**:
- Tu es capable de communiquer en **anglais**
