Vice President of Procurement

The Global Operations team will oversee supply chain management and lead the implementation of planning, strategic sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics activities.
This hybrid position involves 3 days in the office when not traveling.Strategic leadership to create the global procurement (both direct and indirect) strategy including supplier, commodity, and region segmentation, establish best in class organization, and develop policies, procedures, analytics, and spend management while delivering high standards of quality and product value in partnership with brand research and development teams.
Responsible for supplier selection (identifying new suppliers and managing existing suppliers), contract management, and establishing strong relationships with key suppliers.
Manage the implementation of the Procurement Center of Excellence (COE) in various domains, covering master data configuration, processes, and tools to ensure alignment with all relevant partners.
Leverage data analytics and technology solutions to provide valuable insights for improving sourcing strategies and supplier relationships. Bachelor's degree. A Masters and procurement certification preferred.~professional services, MRO, travel, packaging, transportation, contractors, facilities, etc.).
~ Skilled in leading extensive negotiations, devising risk management strategies, and utilizing digital procurement solutions.
~ Experience in digital sourcing use cases, implementation, and technologies.
