The role
Reporting to Finance Manager France, you will be joining a team of 5 you will be covering all Finance and accounting project for the French entity (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash).
As a member of the France Finance team, you will be a day-to-day Business Partner for the Kindred France local team.
Based in Boulogne-Billancourt, you will work closely with operations in Malta as well as the central corporate team in London, providing ad-hoc analysis and support as required.
You are an exceptional professional who consistently looks to exceeding expectations and can pro-actively contribute to supporting our service entity in France.
What will be your role ?
Report and Financial Analysis:
- Collate, analyse and improve Poker and Horse Racing reports
- Enhance our capabilities to analyse bonus spent through reports
- Credit card monitoring through Splunk for France
- Create a bank transfer reconciliation tool to follow daily activity:
- Interact with the local IT teams to constantly improve quality of reporting tools from our operational database
- Liaise with Customer Service, Player Safety, and AML services and constantly innovate and improve reporting
- Enhance treatment of Affiliates with Global Netrefer / Accounting treatment
Month-end process:
- Participate in the monthend and yearly close
- Collate and reconcile invoices to be received, prepayments and book accruals accordingly
- Assist the team in preparing and/or checking monthly reconciliations
- Validate accuracy of accounting data and spot misallocated entries
- Assist team in documenting balance sheet accounts for audit review:
- Take action in audit, internal, external and regulatory Participate actively in internal, external and regulatory audits
- Suggest and implement improvement to financial processes and align to the Group
Forecasting and FP&A project:
- Integrate forecast, purchasing and actuals in one system
- Align France Qliksense to group Tool ahead of Kindred Platform transition
- Create automatic tansactional Accounting through ASR integration
- Work closely with finance global team to prepare our migration to a new group ERP
- Interact with group counterpart to adapt and align our processes to best in class.
Your Profile ?
- Gratuated in Finance
- Accounting
- Successful experience (25 years) in a digital B2C company
- You are fluent in French
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Flexibility and ability to grow with the role and the company
