Accompagnement de l'équipe Global FP&A dans ses activités quotidiennes (clôtures mensuelles, planification financière), support pour le contrôle de gestion des frais de personnel et qui pourra intervenir sur des projets spécifiques Global FP&A.
**Principales responsabilités et tâches**
**_Projets de soutien et d'amélioration des processus du service Global FP&A:_**
- Automatisation et standardisation des tableaux de bords et présentations
- Création et maintien de tables de données de base utiles au service
- Renforcement de l'analyse de la marge brute
**_ Préparation Des Clôtures Mensuelles_**
- Participation à l'animation des processus (instructions, communication, suivi)
- Mise à jour des dashboards mensuels pour communication financière du Groupe
- Suivi et analyse mensuelle des dépenses de CAPEX
- Suivi et analyse des HC et FTE du Groupe
- Support pour les clôtures mensuelles et la préparation des reportings mensuels des frais de personnel pour la France
- Suivi mensuel des Redevances
- Analyses ad hoc à destination du management
**_ Participation active aux cycles prévisionnels (Forecast + Budget)_**
- Participation à l'animation des processus (instructions, communication, suivi)
- Participation à l'élaboration des Forecast/Budget de la masse salariale France
- Analyse des soumissions prévisionnelles/budgétaires
**Expérience / Qualifications**
- Bac +5, Master - École de commerce type ESC (spécialisation ou majeure contrôle de gestion, comptabilité), Master contrôle de gestion.
- Première expérience dans une fonction similaire
- Très bonne maîtrise d'Excel et de Powerpoint
- Niveau d'anglais courant indispensable.
**Compétences techniques clés requises**
- Rigoureux, curieux, autonome, disposant de bonnes qualités de communication et appétence pour les chiffres et systèmes d'informations
- Date de démarrage : Septembre 2024
- 12 mois de contrat
