- Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un assistant newness planner pour un stage d'une durée de 6 mois- Votre contribution_
- Au sein de la direction des opérations, vous aidez à la planification des nouvelles collections et de prises de commandes en showroom afin de garantir le plan de lancement cible dans le réseau Retail et d'assurer la facturation des clients Wholesale dans le respect des fenêtres de livraison contractuelles.- Vous serez en charge du suivi journalier des commandes retail et wholesale pendant toute la durée du showroom et vous serez le point de contact avec la production pour les informer des quantités commandées.- Assurer les activités qui se dérouleront après les showrooms : changements de code, ajout de commande, annulation,
- Coordonner les switchs de commandes en fonction des éventuels besoins d'annulation des quantités n'atteignant pas les mínimas de production.
- Garantir le check de ces activités dans les systèmes
- Participer au feedback de production post showroom sur l'ensemble de la collection
- Vous aiderez aussi à planifier les besoins prévisionnels sur la nouvelle collection pour le Retail:
- Élaborer les prévisions d'achat sur les collections à venir et communiquer auprès des équipes de la Supply Chain
- Définir le planning en fonction du dimensionnement de la collection, des contraintes de développement et du timing de lancement souhaité.
- Projets : aide à l'amélioration des outil IT présents, amélioration et optimisation de nos fichiers excels utiles au suivi des collections.
- Vous êtes_
- Etudiant en école de commerce, école d'ingénieur, vous disposez d'une première expérience réussie sur un poste similaire
