Global Digital Learning and Education Assistant Internship

KILIAN Paris is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Global Digital Learning and Education Assistant Intern to join our team. As a key member of our Global Education team, you will play a vital role in the development and deployment of KILIAN Paris education tools, ensuring seamless communication between Global Education and local markets.

This role will involve working closely with global markets to understand their needs and develop tools that meet their requirements. You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing the communication of tools, as well as updating evergreen tools seasonally to reflect newness. Additionally, you will oversee the management of KILIAN Paris' digital tool, The Kilian Academy, ensuring that it remains aligned with the latest education innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of new and existing education tools based on market feedback.
  • Update evergreen tools to reflect seasonal newness.
  • Develop new tools based on market feedback.
  • Adaptation of tools for local relevancy.
  • Communicate innovations to all markets.

Digital Learning Platform

You will be responsible for managing the evolution of The Kilian Academy, ensuring that it remains a seamless experience for ambassadors. This includes updating the platform to reflect seasonal newness, managing translations with local markets, and working directly with the app developer on opportunities and new initiatives.

Education Seminars

You will play an active role in the organization of seasonal global education seminars and activations. This includes assisting in the organization and management of seasonal education seminars, communicating with vendors and third-parties on execution, and creating seasonal tools to support the seminars.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Master's degree student or Business School, with a strong background in digital marketing and/or e-commerce. Fluency in English and French is essential, and you will need to be rigorous, detail-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Understanding of the luxury industry is a plus.
