Ayvens is creating a leading global player in sustainable mobility.


In order to contribute to Ayvens sustainable growth and profitable business, Central LOD1 NFR & Compliance team has been created to provide an efficient and proportionate framework, and to enable the 1st Line of Defense to adequately identify, mitigate and monitor their non-financial risks on a day-to-day basis.

Central LOD1 NFR & Compliance team develops a continuous improvement process for the overall framework to ensure it remains fit for purpose overtime


Within the LOD1 Internal Control team,
LOD1 Internal Control Officer** contributes to the definition, the deployment, and sustainability of an adequate, proportionate and fit for purpose Level 1 controls (further - L1C) framework for the Ayvens perimeter.


For this purpose,
LOD1 Internal Control Officer:

At Holding level:

  • Participates to the definition, implements and keeps
    L1C governance up to date, in line with SG Group principles (rules and perimeter of the L1C to apply)
  • Defines, implements and keeps
    L1C framework up to date, in line with "Activities Processes Risks Controls" (APRC) methodology (including the management and monitoring of MyAPRC tool, and corresponding reporting to the Ayvens top management and SG Group)
  • Add something about regular review of quality, consistency and adequacy of control framework deployed
  • Is the ultimate owner of Ayvens
    L1C Library and main correspondent on it for all stakeholders, keeps
    L1C Library uptodate and aligned with the overall L1C framework
  • Acts as the ultimate owner at Ayvens level of
    L1C Tools and main correspondent on them for all stakeholders
  • Ensures that
    LOD1 Business Owners are well identified, animates
    LOD1 Business Owners community
    , who, based on their expertise,
    are responsible to contribute to the definition, implementation and keeping L1C framework
    in their respective perimeter **uptodate and well performing (inputs for L1C design and L1C results' analysis)
  • Develops and animates
    LOD1 Internal Control community (at Regional / Local levels), raising awareness and expertise through dedicated trainings, radio calls, operational guidelines, workshops, etc. and through the
    LOD1 Internal Control Sharepoint by maintaining its content
  • Consolidates, challenges, and analyzes the
    L1C quarterly campaigns' results for the Ayvens perimeter in order to report on the activity to the Ayvens management and SG Group within
    Permanent L1C Operational Committee:
  • Contributes to / provides
    L1C data for other committees and reportings upon request (such as ICCC, LOD1 Internal Control Quarterly dashboard, COMCO, etc.)
  • Carries out "Local LOD1 Internal Control Coordinator" role for Ayvens Holding

Supervision of local entities:

  • As LOD1 Internal Control Coordinator, is the
    main contact for Regional / Local LOD1 Internal Control Coordinators on a daytoday basis
  • Provides dedicated trainings and is the
    first line of support on L1C Tools for Regional / Local LOD1 Internal Control Coordinators on a day today basis
  • Oversees / supports / challenges Regional / Local LOD1 Internal Control teams to ensure the good implementation of L1C framework
  • When applicable, coordinates and oversees Local LOD1 committees (ICCC, Permanent L1C Operational Committee, etc.)

Other:

  • Contributes to the improvement of the data quality management
  • Interacts with different stakeholders (on Central, Regional and Local levels): LOD1 Business Owners, LOD1 Internal Control Coordinators,
  • L2C teams, LOD3 teams, SG Group supervisors

  • Good knowledge of the regulatory and risk environment in the financial sector or in a regulatory/supervisory control body
  • Knowledge of the Leasing business is an advantage

  • Analytical skills
  • Curious and rigorous
  • Good communication; coordination, convincing and motivating skills
  • Advanced usage of Excel are mandatory
  • Fluent English
