Manager/Senior Manager TECH M&A
Vos challenges
De chez vous, du bureau, de chez le client, vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes :
- Analyse du SI en phase de pre-deal pour qualifier la capacité du SI à supporter le projet de l'acquéreur, évaluer les risques inhérents à la transaction contemplée, identifier les synergies et économies, analyser les problématiques de séparation ou d'intégration, etc.
- Planification et accompagnement à l'intégration ou à la séparation des SI en phase de post-deal (IT Post-Merger Integration), incluant notamment : définition de la cible (blueprint), élaboration du plan de transition, estimation des coûts de transition et des coûts récurrents en cible, élaboration et/ou évaluation des TSA (Transition Services Agreement) et du plan de sortie, planification et préparation au Day 1, élaboration et pilotage du plan de bascule (cutover plan), planification opérationnelle des évolutions et des migrations en prévision du Day 2, accompagnement PMO et assistance à la mise en œuvre de la cible, etc.
- Cadrage et appui dans la réalisation de projets de transformation SI : élaboration de schémas directeurs SI et alignement stratégique métier / SI, élaboration de modèles financiers étayant les transformations SI ;
- Optimisation du modèle de fonctionnement des organisations SI et assistance à la mise en place des nouveaux modes de fonctionnement.
- Mise en place d'une gouvernance structurée et robustes pour la gestion des tâches d'intégration / de séparation, d'implémentation de la cible applicative, ainsi que des processus et organisation IT
Votre profil
Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une grande école d'ingénieur ou de commerce ou d'un 3ème cycle en Gestion/Finance/Systèmes d'Information
Vous justifiez d'une expérience significative de consultant d'au moins 6 ans sur des projets de M&A, de transformation SI ou d'organisation.
Idéalement, vous êtes intervenu sur des projets de diagnostic, de stratégie, ou de transformation de la fonction SI dans le cadre d'une intégration ou d'une séparation (pre-deal et/ou post-deal)
Idéalement, vous avez conçu, développé ou exploité des environnements technologiques complexes (ERP et autres applications métiers, infrastructure)
Vous êtes reconnu pour les qualités/compétences suivantes :
- En tant que Manager, vous disposez d'excellentes capacités relationnelles et de présentation,
- Vous êtes curieux, autonome, entreprenant et doté d'une bonne capacité de travail
- Vous êtes capable et motivé(e) pour travailler sereinement sur des projets urgents, critiques et confidentiels
- Vous êtes dynamique, organisé(e) et méthodique
- La maîtrise de l'anglais oral et écrit est nécessaire
