We are looking for a Global Senior brand Manager to join our Global Yopro team. This CDI will take place in Paris (75) in our Global Headquarters.

As a Global Senior Brand Manager, you will act as a strategic marketer for the fastest growing dairy brand – with key objectives of building the brand equity through best in class communication and activation

Your main responsibilities will be to :

Help lead the Equity and Activation vision for the brand [Scope includes but is not restricted to: Comms, PR/Influence, Experiential, Design, Social, Digital, Partnerships] Ensure the global vision is executed consistently and with excellence across the GEOs Be accountable for the Brand's website and Digital Asset Management platform (responsibility under expert teams, agencies) Coordinate the internal support teams: Integrated Brand Communication (IBC), Team Flow (dedicated Media structure within Wavemaker), D-Studio (in-house Content studios) Support the annual Brand Plan Act as key point-of-contact for the Regional and Local teams around Equity and Activation Support for the Geo expansion across key geos

You'll be in close contact with the local brand managers of your brand from all over the world, but also many cross-functional global and regional teams, Agency partners (BETC/HAVAS, Team Flow, D-Studio etc), Internal and external experts, Internal marketing teams across categories

About You

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.

With an Master's degree in a related field, you must have over 6 years of successful experience in brand and Product Marketing with a strong focus on equity, ideally withing the food or FMCG industry You must have at least one experience in a Global environment Passion for brand strategy strategy and storytelling, along with strong consumer and market understanding An interest and trained eye for creativity, communication and design (ie packaging) is important Can deal with complex decision-making processes, with multiple stakeholders (different cultural background & seniority levels) Creative, detail oriented, you strive for excellence in execution Team-player, able to build trusted relationships across functions, countries and levels of seniority very quickly Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills Complete fluency in English will be essential to communicate with the rest of the team
