Le/la Business Director développe, pilote et supervise le client qui lui est confié. e du marketing digital et un.e de l'excellence des analyses, synthèses et recommandations stratégiques de l'équipeÊtre force de proposition et faire éclore les projets, défricher les sujets, écrire des recommandations stratégiques et s'assurer qu'elles se matérialisent en plan d'actions concretsMaîtriser parfaitement le secteur d'activité de ses clients, nourrir ses équipes et être une source d'inspiration pour ses clients
~ Coordonner des équipes internes pluridisciplinaires (Stratégie, UX, Contenu, SEO, Analytics, Créatifs...) et être capable de challenger leurs propositions en fonction des besoins client
~ e du suivi des projets dans leur globalité (qualité, rentabilité, respect des délais, vérification juridique), planifier et contrôler les revenus et la rentabilité de ses comptes
~ Stimuler l'activité commerciale sur les comptes attribués, savoir se rendre indispensable auprès de ses clients :Savoir détecter et convertir les opportunités de business sur les comptes dont il/elle a la responsabilité pour développer le chiffre d'affairesSavoir gérer plusieurs M€ de revenus en fonction de la séniorité et des comptes attribués et contribuer à leur croissanceElaborer des devis (complexes) et assurer les négociations commercialesFaire progresser les revenus et la rentabilité conformément au budgetAssurer un temps important de client facing et d'interactions clientsS'assurer de la satisfaction des clients et la mesurer
~ Mener activement des compétitions en lien étroit avec le New Business, définir la stratégie et assurer la cohérence des recommandations des différentes expertises (UX, création, technique...)
~ Porter l'offre globale de l'Agence auprès de ses clients et/ou prospects, notamment sur les sujets de responsabilité digitale (data privacy, sobriété numérique, accessibilité...)
Vous avez une expérience d'au moins 7/8 ans en agence digitale, ESN, start-up, cabinet de conseil, sur un poste similaire.
~ Manager aguerri, vous aimez conseiller, innover, piloter des projets et des équipes, et avez la culture du business (planification, budget, outils/process).
~ Bon niveau d'anglais impératif (client international)
