Rattachée à un responsable de Business Unit, vos missions sont:
- Administratives : encaissement des loyers, arrêtés annuels des comptes de l'exercice, déclaration de TVA, prise en charge de la déclaration des dossiers sinistres, négociation des baux, émission des appels de loyers ou de charges, souscription des assurances nécessaires, gestion des réclamations et des relances
- Juridique : rédaction des différents baux ou d'avenants, révision des loyers, établissement du règlement intérieur d'un bâtiment
- Technique : contrôle du respect des normes et réglementations en vigueur, supervision de l'exécution de travaux, mise en place de contrats d'entretien, suivi de l'état technique des bâtiments, préparation et gestion des contrats de maintenance et d'exploitation
Poste à pourvoir en CDI sur Lyon 3ème.
Rémunération comprise entre 38K€ et 45k€+ Véhicule de fonction + 10 RTT.
**Profil recherché**
Issu(e) d'une formation bac+2 minimum, vous validez au moins 3 ans d'expérience à un poste de Property Manager.
Rigoureux(se), proactif(ve), vous êtes à l'écoute de vos clients, et savez prendre des initiatives et analyser froidement une situation.
**Un mot sur ECLIPSE**:
Eclipse est un cabinet de recrutement à taille humaine implanté sur Lyon composé de deux pôles d'activités bien distincts.
- Le pôle comptabilité/Finance/Audit/Conseil/Expertise s'adressant à une clientèle d'entreprises et de cabinets comptables.
- Le pôle Immobilier et Construction s'adressant aux acteurs du Bâtiment/des Travaux Publics/du Facility Management/Services généraux.
Nous accompagnons nos clients sur leurs recrutements en CDD et CDI sur l'ensemble de la région Rhône Alpes.
