LE RÔLE
Au sein de TERMINAL LINK (TL), le CCO sera responsable de la promotion et du développement de nouvelles activités dans ses ports, de l'optimisation des revenus et de l'amélioration des résultats des actifs du groupe
Sur demande, il apportera son soutien aux projets de développement commercial (BD) et dirigera des études de marketing.
RESPONSABILITÉS
Soutenir les terminaux dans tous les aspects commerciaux, tels que:
Promouvoir les ports de TL comme port d'escale privilégié pour CMA CGM. Tirer parti du partenariat avec Ocean Alliance pour développer le volume des partenaires de l'Alliance dans les installations de TL
Promouvoir les ports TL auprès de toutes les autres compagnies maritimes, des transitaires et des principaux expéditeurs et destinataires
Soutenir les terminaux afin d'assurer la croissance de la clientèle et de leur volume d'affaires, tout en contribuant à la satisfaction croissante de nos clients
Soutenir les terminaux de TL dans leurs activités commerciales quotidiennes, notamment en les aidant à négocier des contrats, le cas échéant
Développer et entretenir des relations plus étroites avec les clients, en explorant continuellement des initiatives visant à améliorer les partenariats commerciaux afin d'encourager les clients à retenir Terminal Link comme partenaire commercial privilégié
Soutenir les terminaux dans le développement de nouvelles solutions, qui peuvent consister à développer de nouvelles chaînes d'approvisionnement dans le but d'attirer de nouveaux flux de marchandises dans les ports de TL
Participer à des événements marketing.
Développer les relations avec les transporteurs dans une perspective globale:
Suivi des performances et de la satisfaction des clients
Identifier les opportunités d'augmenter les volumes
Réaliser une revue annuelle avec les clients afin de présenter les opportunités et d'étudier leurs besoins futurs.
Soutenir les autres départements pour tous les aspects du marketing:
Réaliser des analyses de marché, y compris des projections de trafic et de service
Soutenir l'équipe de développement commercial par une analyse pertinente du marché et de la concurrence et par toutes les actions commerciales nécessaires concernant de nouveaux projets potentiels, contribuant ainsi à l'expansion du portefeuille de Terminal Link.
PROFIL ET COMPETENCES
Diplôme d'études supérieures (+5 ans)
Expérience commerciale et/ou opérationnelle d'au moins 5 ans dans le domaine des terminaux et/ou du transport maritime de ligne
Autonomie et sens de l'initiative, compétences interpersonnelles et de communication
Réactivité, éthique de travail, esprit d'équipe et sens du résultat
Maîtrise de l'anglais et d'une autre langue internationale majeure serait un plus.
Vous êtes directement rattaché au directeur général. Certains déplacements sont nécessaires pour ce poste.
