Job Description:
- Qualify incoming leads and assign them to the respective Account Managers within the EMEA territory.
- Become proficient in Salesforce and other tools to enhance sales effectiveness and embrace new sales strategies.
- Develop expertise in Malvern Panalytical's technical products to engage effectively with professionals in various disciplines.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in the field of particle characterization.
- Provide support to the EMEA Inside Sales team as needed and meet or exceed established standards and metrics.
Requirements:
- Commercially savvy with a strong sense of urgency and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Excellent verbal, listening, and questioning skills, along with a solid understanding of the products and their applications.
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or higher in related fields.
- Two to four years of relevant sales/applications experience.
- Fluency in French, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow in the role.
- Thorough understanding of Malvern Panalytical's technologies and their applications.
