En tant que IT Project Manager vous êtes responsable de la gestion des projets entre les sites et les équipes globales.
**Vos missions**:
Vous travaillez en collaboration avec l'équipe de gestion des projets et les équipes informatiques et commerciales
Gérer des projets majeurs depuis leur lancement jusqu'à leur clôture, en passant par leur planification et leur exécution.
Vous êtes responsable de la réalisation du projet dans les délais
Gérer les processus de gestion des risques et des problèmes, rendre compte à la gouvernance de projet convenue
Mettre en place l'équipe de projet avec les ressources et les compétences adéquates d'un point de vue technique, informatique et commercial.
Assurer la production des exigences fonctionnelles et techniques
Assurer l'interaction, la communication et la gestion quotidiennes de tout fournisseur de services pour le projet.
Gérer la qualité des produits livrables tout au long du cycle de vie du projet
gérer les exigences en matière de communication et de formation pour toutes les parties prenantes
Travailler avec le responsable de la mise en production pour gérer tous les changements informatiques dans la production.
Travailler avec le chef de projet commercial pour planifier la communication et la gestion du changement/la formation nécessaires pour les changements apportés par le projet.
Gérer les tests pour les changements mis en œuvre par les projets.
Responsable du transfert à l'équipe des opérations de service et/ou aux équipes informatiques du site.
Fournir des conseils et une supervision pour les petits projets
Jouer le rôle de mentor et d'expert en gestion de projet pour la gestion et l'exécution du projet.
Gérer la coordination des projets entre les initiatives centrales et celles des sites.
Contribuer activement au développement de la gestion de projet
Encadrer les jeunes chefs de projet.
**Votre profil**:
Compétence confirmée en gestion de projet dans un environnement IT international
Expérience de plus de 10 ans dans la réalisation de nombreux projets complexes et dans un domaine industriel avec un budget important
**Connaissance de SAP S/4 Hana est indispensable.**
Solide compréhension des processus financiers et de la mise en œuvre de projets financiers dans des environnements similaires.
Capacité à travailler efficacement à tous les niveaux de l'organisation et avec les différentes partie.
Solides compétences en matière de communication et de leadership
Expérience dans la gestion des relations avec les fournisseurs
Volonté de développer les pratiques de gestion de projet
La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable
