Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in ANGERS. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support to clients across various industries and technical environments, including Office 365, Windows 10, Active Directory, and custom business applications.
  • Adapting your communication style to meet the needs of each client.
  • Managing and resolving technical incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Escalating unresolved incidents to senior team members when necessary.
  • Contributing to the development of knowledge base articles to share expertise with the team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience in technical support or user assistance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
