- Collaborer sur la stratégie omnicanale Education des launchbooks pour chaque saison ;
- Développer les packs de formation pour chaque saison ;
- Module de formation PowerPoint / Module de digital learning (Rise) / Formats digitaux et gamifiés ;
- Développer des Discovery Box phygital & Train The Trainer associés pour événementialiser les lancements des projets stars annuels ;
- Développer des fiches produits ;
- Développer des outils pédagogiques concis, experts et ludiques (shade finders, incollable pinceaux etc) ;
- Être le point de contact avec nos fournisseurs/entrepôts pour le suivi opérationnel des livraisons de nos outils en magasin ;
- Mener une veille concurrentielle des pratiques innovantes de formation & expérience marque ;
- Collecter puis partager les best practices locales Sephora Collection.

- Créer un esprit de communauté pour maintenir un engagement fort des Beauty Advisors ;
- Créer du contenu digital pour nos plateformes internes & externes : définition du calendrier de contenus, création de vidéos (pour la communauté interne We Are Sephora et certaines mises en avant sur Instagram & Tik Tok), animation de la communauté Captains ;
- Développer les groomings (t-shirts ; colliers mascara ; badges ; twillies) pour événementialiser les lancements des projets stars annuels et créer un sentiment d'appartenance Sephora Collection.
