Dans notre équipe Marketing, vous aurez l'occasion de façonner l'avenir et d'aider les personnes souffrant de maladie cutanées à mener une vie plus épanouissante en faisant progresser les normes de soins. Vous aurez en charge la promotion de deux produits promus en ville. Le premier indiqué dans le psoriasis en plaques et le second dans le traitement de la dermatite atopique.
**Vos missions**
Développer une connaissance de l'environnement, des attentes des professionnels de santé et des patients en participant à la réflexion stratégique.
- Participer & Contribuer à la construction du plan marketing opérationnel omnicanal visant à renforcer l'impact & l'accès des équipes terrain aux professionnels de santé, mais également des solutions digitales innovantes permettant d'impacter l'ensemble des acteurs impliqués dans le parcours de soins des patients
- Assurer l'implémentation des solutions, dans le respect des contraintes réglementaire et juridique, avec gestion des circuits de validation interne
- Réaliser l'analyse et le suivi de la performance des solutions et actions digitales déployées (résultat vs attendu, impact, rentabilité), tout en recherchant des pistes d'optimisation
Contribuer à la mise en œuvre la stratégie de communication en développant des outils de la campagne marketing
- Participer à l'élaboration de la campagne marketing, sur les différentes indications & à destination de différentes spécialités /PdS
- Elaborer des outils de campagne et matériel promotionnel en collaboration avec les agences externes et gestion du circuit de validation interne, dans le respect des contraintes réglementaire et juridique
- Contribuer à la préparation de séminaire avec le réseau de délégués médecine de ville pour le déploiement de la campagne
Assurer la collaboration transversale
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe marketing / formation, médicale, règlementaire, ventes,et les prestataires externes
- Assurer une communication étroite avec les équipes terrain pour une adhésion et utilisation optimale des outils et solutions digitales
- Participer aux Teams Produit avec les équipes terrain
- Participer aux réunions internationales avec l'équipe Globale et les autres filiales
**Qualifications**
Pour réussir sur ce poste, il vous faut posséder les qualifications suivantes:
- Formation scientifique de niveau Bac +4 ou +5
- Double compétence scientifique et marketing
- 1ère expérience en laboratoire pharmaceutique (stage) appréciée
- Bon niveau d'anglais
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et bureautiques
