- En étroite interaction avec les commerciaux, le Proposal Manager est chargé de gérer les réponses aux appels d'offres des clients et prospects (entreprises, institutionnels ou banques) concernant les demandes de Cash Management, Receivables and Supply Chain Financing Solutions et Trade Finance et gérer le corpus de réponses standards aux appels d'offres dans une démarche d'amélioration continue.
Vos missions sont les suivantes:
- Coordonner les différents intervenants et rédiger les réponses aux appels d'offres Cash Management, Receivables and Supply Chain Financing Solutions et Trade Finance des clients, prospects, Entreprises et Institutionnels:
- Analyse technique du cahier des charges transmis
- Elaboration proposition tarifaire compétitive, en lien avec les commerciaux et les Product Managers
- Collecte d'informations auprès des sales, des géographies, du marketing et des chefs produits
- Mise en exergue des points d'offre à valider et participation à la préparation des dossiers
- Rédaction de réponses conformes au cahier des charges
- Développer et mettre à jour le corpus de réponses standards aux appels d'offres Cash Management, Receivables and Supply Chain Financing Solutions et Trade Finance dans une démarche d'amélioration continue, en lien avec les commerciaux, les Product Managers et les géographies:
- Parties générales
- Focus solutions
- Focus régionaux
- Focus sectoriels
- Effectuer la veille sur les appels d'offres à recevoir:
- Tenir un calendrier le plus exhaustif possible des appels d'offres à venir, avec l'appui des commerciaux
- Suivre les appels d'offres publics
- Suivre les retours des réponses aux appels d'offres:
- Participer à l'analyse des retours clients en listant les principaux points positifs et points d'amélioration de chaque réponse
- Collecter les gaps en terme d'offre et partager l'information avec les Product Managers
- Collecter des éléments de benchmark
- Centraliser les connaissances sur la sensibilité du marché par le biais des retours aux réponses aux appels d'offres : actualités clients en matière d'organisation de Cash Management, Receivables and Supply Chain Financing Solutions et Trade Finance, évolution des prix et services
- Participer aux revues périodiques et aux instances relatives au développement commercial
- Suivre et mettre en place les outils et processus les outils et les processus destinés à assurer l'amélioration permanente de l'efficacité et de la qualité des réponses aux appels d'offre (notamment le reporting).-

Bac + 5 / M2 et plus
- Formation / Spécialisation
Premier poste en Global Transaction Banking.
- Niveau d'expérience minimum
0 - 2 ans
- Soft skills
- Capacité à comprendre les enjeux des clients en matière de gestion de bas de bilan, en particulier connaissance des besoins clients et des produits de Cash Management,
- Receivables and Supply Chain Financing Solutions et Trade Finance ;
- Conduite de projet / respect des délais ;
- Savoir collecter, analyser et synthétiser des informations pertinentes permettant d'aider à la décision ;
- Faire preuve de créativité ;
- Très bonnes qualités rédactionnelles
