En tant que chef de projet, vos principaux objectifs sont de fournir aux pays une expertise commerciale en matière d'approvisionnement et de les aider à améliorer leurs performances (disponibilité produits pour les clients, couverture de stock, taux de service fournisseurs ).
CE QUE NOUS PROPOSONS :
Aider la direction approvisionnement à définir la stratégie (modèles opérationnels, systèmes, etc.) et à concevoir des solutions de haute qualité et rentables.
Être responsable de la mise en œuvre de nouveaux modèles, processus et systèmes d'approvisionnement au sein des filiales, y compris la formation de la communauté approvisionnement.
Soutenir les directeurs locaux de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, les responsables approvisionnement et leur équipe pour atteindre leurs objectifs et indicateurs de performance clés.
Développer des synergies, des meilleures pratiques et une création de valeur grâce à la coopération et au partage entre les filiales.
Suivre et communiquer sur les succès et les progrès locaux.
Soutenir les équipes locales en approvisionnement dans leurs actions prioritaires et projets à mettre en œuvre afin d'atteindre leurs objectifs.
Surveiller les performances des filiales à travers des benchmarks d'indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et communiquer régulièrement sur les progrès et les réalisations.
En tant qu'expert métier, vous serez responsable de maintenir et développer les compétences au niveau attendu des équipes approvisionnement. Cela implique la formation commerciale et sur les outils dans toutes les filiales.
En tant que chef de projet, vous livrez des projets spécifiques en approvisionnement (coordination et réalisation des projets dans les délais, dans le budget et selon le périmètre défini).
CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS :
Formation supérieure Bac+4/5 universitaire/master en supply chain
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet Supply Chain ou dans les approvisionnements (dimension internationale) et l'animation de process S&OP sera un plus
Solide compréhension de l'environnement commercial et informatique de la chaîne d'approvisionnement : la connaissance de SAP et des systèmes de planification avancée (APS) est un plus.
Fortes compétences analytiques.
Connaissance et expérience avec différents cadres de gestion de projet, y compris le cycle en V, agile, Kanban, Prince 2, etc.
Connaissance et expérience de différents cadres de gestion de projets
Capacité à collaborer, à établir des relations solides et à communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes internes et externes, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
Excellentes compétences en animation de réunions, ateliers et conférences.
Compétences analytiques et Problem solver.
Orienté résultats.
Proactivité, autonomie.
Anglais courant.

As a Demand & Supply Project Manager, your main objectives are to provide countries with business expertise in Demand & Supply and to help them to improve their performance.
YOUR MISSIONS:
Assist Demand & Supply management in defining strategy (operational models, systems ) and designing high-quality & cost-effective solutions
Responsible for implementing new models, processes, demand & supply systems within subsidiaries, including training of Demand & Supply community
Support local Supply Chain directors, Demand & Supply managers and their team in reaching their targets and KPI
Develop synergies, best practices and value creation through cooperation and sharing between subsidiaries. Follow up and communicate about local successes and progress
Support local Demand & Supply teams in their priority actions and projects to be implemented in order to meet their targets
Monitor subsidiaries performance through KPI benchmark and communicate regularly on progress and achievements
As a Business Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining Demand & Supply skills to the expected level in all teams. It implies business and tool training in all subsidiaries
As a Project Manager, deliver specific Demand & Supply projects (coordinate & complete projects on time, within budget and scope).
YOUR PROFILE:
Higher education degree at the university level, Bachelor's +4/5, or a Master's in supply chain.
Minimum 5 years in Demand & Supply and/or Supply Chain Project Management
S&OP process animation is a plus
Solid business & IT supply chain environment understanding: SAP and APS knowledges is a plus
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge and experience with different project management frameworks, including waterfall, agile, Kanban, Prince 2, etc
Ability to collaborate, build strong relationships, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Excellent skills in facilitating meetings, workshops, and conferences.
Analytical skills and a problem solver.
Results-oriented.
Fluent in English
