Team Leader Proximité H/F

- Manager les équipes de support de proximité dans son ensemble et la bonne application des modalités d'intervention
- Piloter l'ensemble de la chaine opérationnelle
- Piloter la mise à jour de l'outil de gestion de parc / CMDB
- Organiser la production de l'équipe de support de proximité, mettre en place et tenir les plannings
- Contrôler le bon niveau de connaissances des techniciens de proximité, diriger et contrôler leur intégration
- Participer à l'amélioration du processus gestion des incidents et des demandes
- Analyser les résultats de production journaliers, hebdomadaires et mensuels
- Participer aux comités techniques et si nécessaire aux comités de pilotage et de crise
- Mettre en place les plans d'actions nécessaires au réajustement d'écarts constatés (horaire de rendez-vous non tenu, délai d'intervention perturbé, non-conformité de préparation d'un équipement) ;
- Système Windows 7/10, Active Directory, MS Office
- Sécurité : contrôle d'accès, antivirus, encryptions, gestion des vulnérabilités
- Expérience avancée en gestion des prestataires tiers, contexte avec forte contraintes de sécurité / habilitation
- Sens du service et du devoir
- Entraide et solidarité dans les activités à réaliser
