Capability

L'équipe Engineering, le second E de notre modèle SPEED, est composée d'une centaine d'experts. On y retrouve les Architectes, les Développeurs, les Quality Engineers, les experts Cloud et DevSecOps qui, ensemble, rendent possibles la co-construction des produits & services digitaux (applications web, mobile transactionnels/e-commerce) pensés et créés pour nos clients.

Description du poste

Sur les programmes de Digital Business Transformation que nous menons pour et avec nos clients, nous concevons des produits & services digitaux de bout en bout. En tant que Directeur of Technology (DoT), vous collaborerez main dans la main avec les équipes Product & Engineering, pour concevoir, en réponse aux besoins de nos clients, des solutions digitales efficaces et modernes, dans un environnement de travail agile

Vos missions s'articuleront autour de plusieurs axes :
  • Contribuer à l'élaboration de la stratégie globale avec les Client Partners, les clients et les équipes SPEED
  • Mettre en œuvre celle-ci dans le cadre de la création de nouveaux produits et/ou services.
  • Intervenir sur toutes les phases d'un programme : prospection, réunion client, estimations, dimensionnement des équipes, définition de la roadmap, traduction des exigences commerciales en une architecture/approche technique innovante et la supervision des équipes dans le delivery
  • Fédérer en tant qu'expert les membres de l'équipe en les accompagnant et en identifiant leurs besoins de formation
  • Participer activement au recrutement des profils Architectes / Director Of Technology
  • Contribuer aux fondations internes (groupes de veille, de partage et de formation)
  • Être people manager d'une population (4 à 6 collaborateurs) et assurer leur épanouissement au sein de leur mission et plus globalement au sein de l'entreprise

Qualifications
  • Vous avez une vision 360 de l'ensemble du cycle de vie d'un projet (Stratégie, Estimations, Mobilisation d'une équipe jusqu'à l'exploitation).
  • Vous avez au moins une experience significative sur le secteur de l'automobile ou, de façon élargie, du transport, que ce soit côté conseil ou client final
  • Vous possédez une expérience sur des problématiques d'architecture d'entreprise, d'urbanisation du SI, d'architecture plateforme, de gouvernance IT et de réalisation de programmes en mode agile en environnement international avec des équipes multidisciplinaires
  • Vous possédez des compétences pratiques courantes, récentes ou antérieures en programmation avec un ou plusieurs des langages et frameworks suivants : Java, TypeScript. JavaScript, Python, C #, Angular, React ou Vue, GraphQL
  • Vous êtes familier avec les solutions d'architectures distribuées : API management, Microservices (Spring boot), Events broker (Kafka, Azure Event Hub, Pulsar) et les outils d'intégration (ETL, modernes SaaS, iPaaS, Cloud solutions ) et la modélisation de la donnée.
  • Vous êtes familier avec les grands providers de solutions cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), l'orchestration de conteneur (Kubernetes) et l'observabilité des architectures distribuées.
